Product exchange

The exchange of goods can be started in a few simple steps.

• You must download and print the accompanying letter by clicking on the link below. Fill in all the information in capital letters, legibly and place it next to the garment.

• The product must be returned to us in its original packaging and in its original condition to the following address:
• New York Dental Kft. - 1135 Budapest, Frangepán utca 66/B.
• You can also make the exchange in person at 1135 Budapest, Frangepán utca 66/B. in our showroom under or in our specialist store at 1082 Budapest, Baross utca 21.
  IMPORTANT! In the case of personal exchange, a printed and completed product exchange cover letter is also mandatory.

Important information regarding exchange:

- We cannot accept washed, wrinkled, dirty or used products.
- The exchange is free of charge in the case of personal administration.
- The product(s) to be exchanged must always be returned by the buyer at his own expense to the address provided by our company.

IMPORTANT! It is not possible to receive cash on delivery packages, so all such packages will be returned!
IMPORTANT! We cannot accept packages left at the post office.
