Terms of purchase

Product Selection

The customer has the option to choose and order from the products available in the store. By clicking on the selected product, the customer can view its detailed description. If they wish to purchase, they can place the desired product into a virtual cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. By clicking the "View Cart" button, they can find the products placed in the cart during the purchase, as well as the total invoice amount and the shipping cost. Here, they can review the correctness of their order, particularly regarding prices and quantities, which can be modified or corrected as needed. The cart automatically calculates the final amount of the order.

Submitting the Order

If you are satisfied with the quantity of products placed in the cart, have checked the total amount, and have decided that you wish to purchase them, simply click the "Checkout" button. In our store, you have the option to make a purchase without registration, so you can choose from three options:

  • Do you want to log in as an already registered customer?

  • Do you want to register as a new customer?

  • Or do you want to purchase without registration?

If you have previously purchased from our store, please enter your email address and password provided during your previous registration. If you wish to register as a new customer, please provide the necessary details for your purchase, which the system will store, and you will only need to log in for your next purchase. For purchases without registration, please provide your billing and shipping address.

In the next step, select your preferred shipping method:

  • Home delivery (with GLS courier service and Hungarian Post)

  • GLS Parcel Locker, GLS Parcel Automat, Hungarian Post Parcel Point, MPL Parcel Automat.

  • Personal pickup at our customer service office, 1135 Budapest, Frangepán utca 66/B. (Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM)

Following this, you need to choose a suitable payment method:

  • Bank card payment - Online bank card payments are processed through the Barion system. Bank card details do not reach the merchant. Barion Payment Zrt., the service provider, is an institution supervised by the National Bank of Hungary, with license number: H-EN-I-1064/2013.

  • Bank transfer - (Upon placing your order, we will notify you by email that your order is in "pending" status; as soon as the transferred amount arrives in our bank account, we will activate your order and provide you with all necessary further information via email)

  • Cash on delivery - (Cash payment for home delivery, to the GLS courier service employee upon receipt of the shipment)

  • Handling fee + cash on delivery: The handling and cash on delivery fee for Hungarian Post delivery.

  • Cash - (At our customer service office at a pre-arranged time)

If you agree with the content of the order, click the "Order" button to submit your order.

Prices

Our prices are the list prices valid at the time of the order, which can be found next to the products in the webshop. Prices are gross prices, include VAT, but do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs can be found during the checkout process before finalizing the order, as well as in the Terms and Conditions. In case of any error or omission in the products or prices in the webshop, we reserve the right to correct them. In such a case, after detecting and correcting the error, we will immediately inform the customer of the new data. The customer can then reconfirm the order, or either party has the option to withdraw from the contract.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours.

You have the opportunity to correct data entry errors before clicking the "Order" button.

Confirmation

We send email confirmation for every order. This means that after placing your order, you will receive an automatic email confirming receipt of the order and (later) one regarding the expected delivery time. For phone consultation, please call customer service or any of the phone numbers provided in the email.

Payment Terms

In our store, payment can be made by bank transfer, bank card, personal pickup, and cash on delivery. In the latter case, the full purchase price, including shipping costs, must be paid in cash to the delivery person upon receipt of the shipment.

Delivery

Shipments are delivered by GLS courier service. The product delivery time is specified in the webshop during the checkout process and is also included in the confirmation email. You can arrange the delivery time by calling the phone number provided in the confirmation email. If the customer does not pick up the product and requests repeated delivery, in this case, a shipping fee will also be charged for the new delivery, even if the delivery was free when the order was placed. For a second delivery request, the full purchase price of the order plus the amount of the repeated delivery must be paid in advance.

Within Hungary, GLS home delivery fee up to gross HUF 39,990 is HUF 2,690 (gross), and above gross HUF 39,990 it is FREE for orders placed on the webshop. For packages over 40 kg, an overweight fee of HUF 2,400 (gross) per kilogram will be charged for the weight exceeding 40 kg. Within Hungary, GLS Parcel Point delivery fee up to gross HUF 39,990 is HUF 1,590 (gross), and above gross HUF 39,990 it is FREE for orders placed on the webshop. For packages over 20 kg, an overweight fee of HUF 800 (gross) will be charged. The package size must not exceed 42x51x39.5 cm. Packages can be picked up at GLS Parcel Points for 5 days from arrival. Within Hungary, Hungarian Post Parcel Point / Parcel Automat delivery fee is HUF 990 (gross) + HUF 2,500 (gross) handling fee for orders placed on the webshop. The package size must not exceed 42x51x39.5 cm. Packages can be picked up at Hungarian Post Parcel Points / Parcel Automats for 5 days from arrival. Delivery time is 5-7 business days. Within Hungary, Hungarian Post home delivery fee is HUF 1,990 (gross) + HUF 2,500 (gross) handling fee for orders placed on the webshop. Delivery time is 5-7 business days.

Withdrawal from Delivery

If the webshop fails to fulfill its contractual obligation because the product specified in the contract is not available, or it is unable to provide the ordered service, it is obliged to inform the customer about this. The webshop does not enter into contracts with minors. By accepting the terms and conditions, the customer declares that they are of legal age.

Product Return

The product will only be accepted back in its original condition and packaging, in complete quantity and quality.

Information on Contractual Terms

The language of the contract is Hungarian, and the concluded contract is considered to be made in writing. The concluded contract is not filed and will not be accessible later.

Right of Withdrawal / Return Guarantee

The customer may withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal from the day they received the goods. The seller is obliged to refund the amount paid by the customer without delay, but no later than thirty days after the withdrawal. The Buyer cannot exercise their right of withdrawal if they have opened the packaging of the ordered product and/or have already started using it as intended. The customer bears the costs incurred in connection with the return of the goods due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The customer is not charged any other costs. However, the seller may demand compensation for damage resulting from improper use of the goods. If the goods returned on the basis of the right of withdrawal are not in perfect, resalable condition, the customer is liable for damages if the deterioration, destruction, or other impossibility of return of the goods was caused intentionally or by negligence. If, during unpacking, in the presence of the delivery person (postal delivery person, courier), it is proven that the product is damaged, and the damage occurred before the receipt of the goods, we immediately ensure the return of the product and the cancellation of the sale. Any damage or lack of content must be included in the factual report between the handing over and receiving parties during the delivery of the shipment! We cannot take responsibility for subsequent lack of content or damage! The text of Government Decree 17/1999 on the exercise of the right of withdrawal can be downloaded from the website of the National Consumer Protection Authority.

Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain the property of the supplier until full payment of the purchase price. In the case of incorrect, unaccepted orders, the product will be inventoried under the name of the "new" owner, and after a new, successful sale, the equivalent value will be paid to the new owner!

Modification, Cancellation of Order

In accordance with Act CVIII of 2001, when an order is placed, the seller's webshop software immediately sends a notification to the customer about the receipt of the order. This notification does not constitute a contract between the seller and the customer! It merely indicates to the customer that their order request has been registered by our system and forwarded to the seller's relevant employee.

If this notification does not reach the customer within 48 hours, the customer's offer obligations cease. The seller provides the customer with the opportunity to withdraw their order electronically until the fulfillment of the order begins. When the fulfillment of the order begins, the customer will be notified by email and/or phone about the expected duration of the fulfillment and the fact that fulfillment has begun. After this, the order can only be withdrawn in person or through one of the contact details found under the "Customer Service" or "Contact Us" menu items.

Subsequent modifications to the order can only be made in writing, by email.
